INgene® q Rotavirus A is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of RVA RNA in samples from Cattle, Small ruminants, Swine, Rabbit, Equine and Poultry. The assay is optimized for samples like faeces, rectal swabs, intestine and strains/vaccines. This kit detects the pathogen RNA in FAM channel and includes an Endogenous Control (HEX/VIC), making it a duplex real-time PCR in one-well format, allowing identification of false negatives due to poor extraction and/or PCR inhibition.
