INgene® q Anaplasma spp. is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of Anaplasma DNA in samples from Cattle, Small ruminants, Swine, Equine, Dogs. The assay is optimized for samples like individual or pooled specimens (up to five) such as blood/serum, liver, spleen, kidney, ticks and strains/vaccines. This kit detects the pathogen DNA in FAM channel, making it a simplex real-time PCR in one-well format.
