INgezim Besnoitia is an indirect immunoenzymatic assay for detection of specific antibodies to Besnoitia besnoiti bovine serum.

This enzymatic immunoassay (ELISA) has been developed for the detection of specific antibodies to Besnoitia besnoiti in bovine serum. Sera samples must be diluted at 1/100 and incubated in the wells coated with Besnoitia antigen for 60 minutes . After the first washing step, the anti-bovine IgG conjugate is added and incubated for 60 minutes. After a second wash, the substrate is dispensed and after 10 minutes the reaction is stopped.
