INgene® q Maedi Visna - CAEV is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of SRLV DNA in samples from Small ruminants. The assay is optimized for samples like lungs, nasopharyngeal secretions, milk, synovial fluids and strains/vaccines. This kit detects the pathogen DNA in FAM channel, making it a simplex real-time PCR in one-well format.
